Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Houston seeks a Senior Director of FP&A to serve as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, guiding enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and performance management.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, build financial models, deliver executive insights, and establish KPIs. You’ll mentor a high-performing FP&A team and partner across functions to support strategic initiatives and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of progressive FP&A/corporate finance experience.
• 5–7+ years of leadership and team management experience.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to partner across a complex organization.

Compensation & Benefits

• $175,000–$220,000 base salary
