Job summary

Hirewell is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of FP&A in Indianapolis, IN to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analytics. You will partner with the CFO and executive team to drive growth, financial discipline, and data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will oversee forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling, connect ERP/CRM/BI data, and mentor a growing FP&A team while delivering actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5–10+ years of progressively responsible FP&A experience.
• Proven ability to scale FP&A in a high-growth environment.
• Advanced financial modeling, systems integration, and KPI development.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, and Revenue teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and long-range modeling.
• Partner with CFO and executives to translate strategy into financial plans.
• Manage revenue forecasting and sales operations alignment.
• Develop and maintain integrated ERP/CRM/BI reporting ecosystem.
• Oversee management reporting and Board materials.
• Build KPIs to measure financial health and efficiency.
• Lead process improvements to improve forecasting accuracy and automation.
• Mentor FP&A team and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Support ad hoc analyses and capital planning.
