This remote, full-time role requires over 10 years of FP&A experience and expertise in tools like Anaplan or Adaptive Insights. As a key partner to the VP of Finance, you will guide planning and ensure alignment with business objectives.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $225,000 to $250,000 based in the USA, alongside benefits such as flexible PTO and comprehensive medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in FP&A, including building FP&A functions
• Experience with financial planning systems
• Ability to provide clear insights from complex financial information

Responsibilities

• Own annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Lead financial and KPI reporting preparation
• Deliver business insights to the executive team
• Manage projects to improve financial systems and tools

Skills

FP&A experience

Leadership in planning cycles
