For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This senior finance leader will own the FP&A function for a complex services organization, driving planning, forecasting, and executive-level reporting. The role will partner closely with segment leaders and operational stakeholders to translate business strategy into actionable financial plans. You will also provide decision support on growth initiatives, improve forecast accuracy, and help shape profitability across federal and commercial business lines.

The position requires strong command of services-industry economics, financial modeling, and the financial dynamics of both government contracting and commercial operations.

Location: Mclean, VA

Compensation: $226,000 - $376,000 annually
