CrossCountry Consulting is an advisory firm serving private equity-backed clients with a focus on the CFO function and GovCon sector. The role emphasizes diagnostic frameworks and enhancing finance function effectiveness at portfolio companies.

You will build and refine rate structures, support cost-plus and T&M contracts, and lead FP&A engagements across forecasting redesign, cash flow, and KPI development in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• 10+ years of senior FP&A or consulting experience.
• Significant exposure to middle-market PE-owned businesses and the GovCon sector.
• Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Executive communication abilities.
• Comfort with AI tools and data analytics platforms.

Mansioni

• Build and refine indirect rate structures, provisional billing rates, and rate variance analyses for accurate job costing and profitability.
• Oversee concurrent FP&A engagements, including forecasting redesign, cash flow management, KPI frameworks, and interim FP&A support.
• Develop and optimize planning tools for cost-plus, T&M, and FFP contracts, including bid pricing support and should-cost analyses.
