Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to provide strategic financial leadership across the organization. Reporting to the CFO, this role leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance analysis, and long-term financial planning.

The Director partners with executive leadership and program teams to turn complex financial information into clear, actionable insights, supporting data-informed decision-making and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with executive leaders and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, budgeting software, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to develop and implement Aspire's financial strategy.
• Lead multi-year financial planning in support of organizational growth, service delivery innovation, and long-term sustainability.
• Provide financial analysis, recommendations, and decision support for executive leadership and Board reporting.
• Lead the organization-wide annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational realities.
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs related to financial and operational performance.
