GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Lead FP&A Operations Specialist focused on cash flow planning and analysis. The role partners with Treasury and business FP&A teams to drive free cash flow, daily cash management, and liquidity planning in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include closing, reporting, variance analysis, and development of forecasting models to support strategic decisions. The position offers comprehensive benefits and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, controllership, or cost management.
• Proficiency in building complex financial models.
• Ability to manage budgets and forecast accuracy.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and communication of results.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing closing, reporting and analysis with Segments, Tier 2 and Corporate.
• Collaborate with Treasury on weekly cash models and CFIA/CFFA activity.
• Improve visibility and management of collections and disbursements.
• Scale centralized reporting of actuals and forecasting methodologies.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow forecasts.
• Develop financial models and tools for cash flow analysis and forecasting.
