Job summary

Sand is seeking an FP&A Analyst / Associate to serve as the analytical engine of our Finance team. You will work closely with the Head of FP&A and CFO to build and maintain financial plans, track performance against budgets, and deliver insights for management and investors.

You will partner with commercial teams on pricing, margins and profitability, translating analysis into actionable recommendations that support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development or related experience.
• Strong financial modelling expertise with clear, flexible models.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and drivers.
• Clear written, verbal and presentation skills for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking for annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range models.
• Own KPI definition, calculation and monthly management reporting.
• Support commercial teams with pricing, margins and profitability analysis.
• Streamline recurring reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes; improve models and tools.
• Provide ad hoc strategic analysis including business cases, fundraising support, and M&A evaluations.
