Job summary

Sand Technologies is seeking an FP&A professional to support budgeting, forecasts and long-range financial models. The role focuses on analyzing variances, building scenario models, and defining KPIs for internal and investor use.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-range financial models.
• Track actuals vs budgets and explain variances.
• Prepare scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis for leadership.
• Own KPI definition, calculation and tracking for internal and investor use.
• Support monthly management reports, board materials and investor packs.
• Assist pricing, margin and profitability analysis with commercial teams.
• Streamline and automate recurring reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-range financial models
• Track actual performance against budgets and forecasts, explaining key variances
• Prepare scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis for the Head of FP&A and CFO
• Own KPI definition, calculation and tracking for internal and investor use
• Support monthly management reports, board materials and investor reporting packs
• Support pricing, margin and profitability analysis with commercial teams
• Streamline and automate recurring reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes

Requirements

• 3-5 years in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development or investment banking
• Strong financial modelling expertise
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related quantitative field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Clear written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to work with finance and commercial teams while managing competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA, ACA/CA or comparable professional qualification
