The FP&A function serves as the analytical engine of the Finance team, collaborating with the Head of FP&A and CFO to build and maintain financial plans, track performance against budgets and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ability to define and track KPIs and produce board and investor materials.
• Strong commercial partnering skills with pricing and profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking, including scenario modelling and variance analysis.
• Define and track KPIs and prepare monthly management reports, board materials and investor reporting packs.
• Support pricing, margin and profitability analysis across customers, products, segments and deals.
• Evaluate financial impact of pricing changes and commercial proposals, recommend trade-offs.
• Streamline and automate recurring reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support ad hoc strategic analysis, including business cases, fundraising and M&A evaluations.
