Job summary

Sand is seeking an FP&A Analyst / Associate to shape financial planning, performance insights and commercial decisions for a global AI-enabled company. You will build and maintain financial plans, track performance, and translate results into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and investors.

You will partner with commercial teams on pricing, margins and profitability, translating financial analysis into practical guidance that drives sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development or investment banking.
• Strong financial modelling expertise, including building flexible, well-structured models from scratch.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, drivers and data inconsistencies.
• Curious and creative problem-solver with the ability to challenge assumptions.
• Clear written, verbal and presentation skills for senior leaders and non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work across finance and commercial teams while managing priorities.
• High ownership, attention to detail and proactive delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial modeling.
• Track performance against budgets and forecasts; explain variances; flag risks.
• Prepare analysis for Head of FP&A and CFO with scenario modelling.
• Update plans as priorities and conditions change.
• Support pricing, margins and profitability analysis with commercial teams.
