Job summary

Climate First Bank is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and drive financial health across the organization.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate numbers into business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles; banking/financial services a strong plus.
Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis; ERP systems a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports analyzing variances and KPIs.
Support budgeting and forecasting by coordinating with business units and ensuring timeliness.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and cost management.
Monitor and report financial performance against targets; identify improvement opportunities.
Assist with regulatory reporting and ensure internal control compliance.
