Job summary

Climate First Bank is hiring an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis enabling informed business decisions. This remote US role collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive financial health and strategic initiatives.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting and 2+ years in FP&A or related roles, with strong Excel and communication skills. Experience in banking/finance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• High integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variances and KPIs.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data collection and coordination.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and cost management.
• Monitor and report financial performance against targets and improvements.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and internal controls compliance.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Participate in development and implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
