POSITION
Our client is hiring two FP&A Analysts to support different areas of the business. One analyst will focus on clinical research site performance, including site-level P&Ls, enrollment, revenue, staffing, and operating costs. The second analyst will support centralized departments such as HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and Patient Recruitment, with an emphasis on headcount and compensation analysis.
Both positions report to finance leadership and will support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting. Candidates may be considered for either opportunity based on their experience and interests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and other financial planning activities
- Build and maintain models related to site performance, departmental spending, headcount, compensation, and long-term planning
- Review monthly results against budget and explain the main drivers behind financial and operational variances
- Prepare dashboards, KPIs, financial reports, and leadership-ready reporting packages
- Partner with accounting and business leaders to improve reporting accuracy and turn financial data into practical recommendations
- Assist with internal controls, audit requests, general ledger reviews, and special financial analysis projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, operations finance, compensation analysis, or a similar area
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with large or complex data sets
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain financial information to non-financial partners
- Experience with NetSuite, healthcare, clinical research, multi-site operations, or another high-growth environment is preferred
