Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, offers a remote-friendly FP&A Analyst role supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multiple regions across the US. You will partner with clinic leadership to drive financial performance, analyze data, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining governance and accuracy.

The position emphasizes collaboration with operational leaders, KPI development, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Finance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven time management, organizational management and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of annual operating budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Partner with operational leaders, clinic management and other stakeholders to gather info and understand drivers.
• Analyze profitability, labor productivity, patient volume trends, expense management and efficiency initiatives.
• Support annual planning cycle, forecast updates, month-end close analytics and leadership reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, analytics, forecasting accuracy and data integrity.
• Perform financial analysis, reporting requests, business cases and special projects as assigned.
