Job summary

The US Oncology Network seeks a Healthcare Senior FP&A Finance Manager for Texas Oncology Non-Infusion Services. This role partners with senior leadership to shape enterprise strategy and drive financial insights across ancillary services, with up to 25% travel and a fully remote work arrangement in Texas.

You will build KPI frameworks, forecasts, and quarterly reviews, translate complex cost dynamics into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with regional finance leaders to align

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
7+ years of progressive finance experience, FP&A leadership.
Experience supporting senior leaders with timely financial analysis.
Healthcare or multi-site experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Forecasting, budgeting, LRP inputs, variance analysis, and driver-based modeling.
Build and maintain driver-based models for forecasting and LRP inputs.
Prepare monthly financial packages and KPI dashboards; provide concise narratives.
Lead deep-dive analyses on product mix, site economics, payor trends, pricing actions.
Collaborate with Operations, Region FP&A, and executives to align insights.
