Job summary

Clari + Salesloft seeks a Financial Analyst to partner with the Finance team and scale the business. You will go beyond variances and expenses to support strategic goals, build operating plans, and forecast models in Adaptive Insights.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, present to senior leadership, and drive monthly close variance analysis while maintaining a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of FP&A or Sales Operations experience.
• Tech savviness and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills for exec management.
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn new technology and practices.
• Experience in high growth companies and fast-paced teams with changing priorities.
• Independent/flexible problem-solver with adaptability as the business grows.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/Googlesheets skills; Adaptive Insights experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating detailed operating plans and long-term financial models; track rolling forecast in Adaptive Insights.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports; analyze results and present key messages to senior management.
• Perform ad-hoc business case and scenario analyses to support initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess unit economics and KPIs for GTM and company-wide.
• Support accounting during month-end close and variance analysis as needed.
