Lyric is hiring a Forward Deployed Solution Strategist to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across strategic enterprise relationships. This Director-level role blends supply chain expertise with technical fluency to navigate customer organizations and deliver measurable value.

The FDSS will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to expand Lyric's decision mesh, focusing on modeling, planning, or AI/ML use cases. Remote role with up to 30% US travel.

Qualifications

10+ years in Consulting, Supply Chain Operations, or GTM Strategy.
Fluent in technical and business discussions.
Experience driving AI/analytics roadmaps and transformations.

Responsibilities

Own the strategic success of Lyric's largest enterprise accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Lead quarterly reviews and executive engagements to align goals and roadmap.
Understand client operations and translate into actionable strategies across modeling, planning, and AI/ML use cases.
Partner with Sales on account planning, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Build hands-on in Lyric Studio and lead small engineering teams to prototypes.
Capture the voice of the customer and prioritize needs for product roadmap.
