The role blends hands-on customer onboarding and enterprise implementations with shipping features, automations, and platform improvements. A strong customer-focused, hands-on coder mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js preferred) or equivalent backend language.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on technical customer conversations and onboarding.
• Debug customer issues across APIs and production systems.
• Design and build features, tooling, and automations to improve customer experience and velocity.
• Own engineering projects end-to-end from requirements to deployment.
• Translate complex customer workflows into product improvements.
