Job summary

FullStack is a US-based AI-native engineering partner delivering AI-driven solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Forward Deployed Engineers embed with client teams to architect, build, and run AI-enabled systems inside enterprise environments.

This three-way role combines consultant, operator, and engineer—delivering end-to-end value from discovery to production, with a focus on real-world reliability and integration into client workflows.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience.
1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
Advanced English is required.
Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
Proven experience evaluating current-state environments and defining technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Discover. Run workshops with business and engineering stakeholders to scope a defensible AI POV.
Structure the process and the spec for automated business/engineering processes.
Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems, including orchestration and tool integration.
Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, and integration layers.
Own the delivery system: CI/CD, environments, and release processes.
Consult and defend decisions with CTOs, VPs, and business leadership; assist pre-sales scoping.
