FullStack is your AI-native engineering partner, helping enterprises embed AI into production with confidence. Forward Deployed Engineers sit inside the client’s problem, embedding with an enterprise team, architecting systems, building them, and ensuring they survive production.

You’ll act as a consultant, operator, and engineer, comfortable testing a business case with a COO or VP of Engineering, defining scope, and shipping what you scoped within weeks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with production stacks.
• 1-4 years shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures in production environments.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required.
• Hands‑on experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops with stakeholders and assess data readiness; separate genuine AI problems from workflow problems.
• Structure the process and the specification for automations.
• Architect and design end‑to‑end agentic systems emphasizing context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, data flows.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD, prompt/versioning, eval pipelines.
• Operate Day 2: eval harnesses, observability, cost & latency management, handoff to client team.
• Consult: defend decisions before CTOs/VPs and support pre‑sales scoping.
