Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a skilled professional to support Formulary Management Services (FMS) with clinical and financial modeling for formulary strategies. You will work with clients to optimize rebates and contract economics, delivering clear, data-driven recommendations.

The role offers remote work from anywhere in the U.S., with occasional travel up to 10% and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary reflects expertise in formulary operations and client management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in three or more of the following: client management, formulary operations, clinical operations, pharmacy plan design, pharma contracting, or health plan/PBM financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value to clients through consultations and presentations focusing on formulary strategies.
• Apply clinical and business knowledge to execute financial models for formulary strategies.
• Evaluate client formularies and UM criteria.
• Read and understand client contracts and pharma contracts.
• Access and use pricing, formulary, billing and claims databases.
• Run, develop, and analyze client utilization and spending reports.
• Develop and present client-facing materials that are clear and concise.
• Work cross-functionally to manage deliverables, timelines and expectations.
• Actively pursue continuous quality and process improvement and travel up to 10%.
