Job summary

Effizotech is looking for a dedicated individual to manage the foreclosure process for an assigned portfolio of mortgage loans. This role is integral in ensuring timely completion of foreclosures in line with investor guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the Default Servicing field, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities. You will liaise with external attorneys, manage documentation, and provide status updates throughout the foreclosure process.

A starting pay range of $18.57 – $30.95 per hour is offered, based on individual qualifications and market pay standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Default Servicing field.
• Experience with legal documents and understanding mortgage products.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the foreclosure process for assigned portfolio of loans.
• Communicate with foreclosure attorneys and provide status updates.
• Generate reports for Foreclosure and ensure compliance with investor guidelines.
