Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a full-time, remote role focused on processing fee approvals and managing Florida foreclosure files using various client systems. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work with multiple software tools.

The candidate should be organized, a self-starter, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with LPS, VendorScape, ADR, LenStar is preferred.

Position Summary

• This position is full time remote
• This position is responsible for requesting, following up, and billing fee approval for the Florida team
• Utilize reports and client system steps to process fee requests
• Review, interpret new fee request directives and update fee matrix
• Updating client systems

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Become an expert with our case management systems and ensure that client expectations are being met.
• Work in all client systems and provide required documents
• Locate file in case management system and reply to client with required document requests
• Examine Florida foreclosure/Litigation files to determine the current status of the file
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years foreclosure knowledge
• Familiar with Foreclosure pleadings and documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Highly organized with strong attention paid to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-starter with exceptional ability to identify and solve problems.
• Able to adjust to the rapid pace of the Department and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Client system knowledge preferred (LPS, VendorScape, ADR, LenStar, etc)
