Dolce & Gabbana Beauty in the U.S. Trade Marketing team is seeking a Forecast & Allocations Specialist for Makeup & Skincare.

This remote role supports forecasts, allocations, budgets, POs, and marketing orders across distribution channels, collaborating with Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Education, Communications, Field, and Operations. You will maintain forecasts vs actuals, develop allocations, track budgets and POs, and ensure inventory efficiency and timely program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in forecasting, allocations, demand planning, or trade marketing.
• Beauty or luxury experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting & allocations: Manage monthly forecasts for samples, GWPs, testers, gratis, collateral, and promotional materials; reconcile forecasts with actual consumption.
• Budget & PO management: Track budgets, commitments, POs, and expenses; support monthly budget reviews.
• Order management: Allocate and place product, marketing, retailer comp, and gratis orders; flag risks to program execution.
• Reporting & cross-functional support: Maintain variance analyses and provide SKU-level insights for launches and activations.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Education, Communications, Field, and Operations.
• Risk & process optimization: Identify forecast, inventory, shipment, budget, and allocation risks; streamline processes.
