Job summary

Dolce&Gabbana Beauty is seeking a Jr. Customer Service Specialist to support daily order entry, fulfillment monitoring, and master data upkeep in the U.S. market.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Education, Merchandising, Commercial, Planning and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate records, on-time delivery, and exceptional service for luxury retailers and consumers alike, helping drive growth in the U.S. beauty business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience with SAP or related systems.
• Experience in luxury and beauty industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with U.S. retail partners (Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Italian a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency, including high-volume manual entry.
• Review and validate sales orders for completeness before processing.
• Monitor order status throughout fulfillment and maintain order logs.
• Evaluate shipping status and coordinate order release for on-time delivery.
• Identify risks or delays and escalate/resolve as needed.
• Provide timely and professional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain customer master data with high accuracy; build relationships through communication.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Merchandising, Commercial, Planning and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
