Job summary

Stryker Corporation is hiring a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to work with local Sales Representatives in a field-based role. You will learn the medical device industry, promote products, attend surgeries, and build strong customer relationships to grow the Foot & Ankle business within the assigned territory.

The role emphasizes territory management, inventory control, and collaboration with surgeons and staff to drive customer satisfaction and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience.
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.
• Sales Base+ commission: $85,000 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits. Travel Percentage: 30%

Responsibilities

• Support field-based sales in the assigned territory by covering cases and promoting products.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on use and functionality.
• Educate doctors and staff on product maintenance and updates.
• Develop customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
• Contribute to inventory management, sets, and order processing with Sales Reps.
• Assist in implementing new sales plans and achieve targets within territory.
