Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate in Indianapolis. You will support surgical procedures by ensuring instruments and implants are available for case coverage and educate surgeons, nurses, and OR staff on product use and updates.

You will visit customers in the assigned territory to identify sales opportunities, partner with Sales Representatives to drive growth, and manage inventory levels to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required or equivalent.
• Experience educating surgeons, nurses, and OR staff is expected.
• Willingness to relocate nationwide after training.
• Field-based role with travel and training in territory.

Responsibilities

• Support surgical procedures by ensuring products and implants are ready for case coverage.
• Educate and train surgeons, nurses and OR staff on product use and updates.
• Conduct customer visits to identify sales opportunities and support territory growth.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to build relationships with healthcare providers.
• Manage inventories and ensure product availability for customer demand.
• Process orders and support documentation and invoicing.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
