Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of related field service experience in food service or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and explain schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and parts expertise to service techs, agencies, sales and customers via phone and email.
• Assist in determining needed repairs using field information and discussion with customer.
• Travel to field sites as needed and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
