Job summary

Rebellyous Foods, a growth-stage plant-based meat company, is seeking a Junior Food Service Account Manager to build partnerships with restaurants, schools, hospitals, and other foodservice customers across the United States. You will travel regionally and occasionally nationally, manage broker relationships, promote products, and help create sales plans to reach revenue targets.

We value a hands-on work ethic, collaboration with marketing and operations, and comfort using CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales, foodservice, customer service, or related experience.
• Knowledge of the foodservice industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Broker management and strategic development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with foodservice operators and distributors.
• Promote and sell products to restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and sales calls.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Assist in developing and executing sales plans to achieve targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams.
• Support launches, menu placements, promotions, and sampling events.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account activity updates.
• Resolve customer issues and follow up on inquiries.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and distributor meetings.
• Use CRM to track sales calls, opportunities, and forecasting.
• Participate in priority sales meetings and appointments.
