Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline required.
• Five years of relevant experience in food safety, food microbiology, or related field.
• Strong technical foundation and ability to apply science to customer challenges.
• Excellent communication, with fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset with collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn across products and flexible teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and understand their applications, workflows and needs.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot product and application challenges.
• Help customers implement Neogen solutions to achieve safety and quality objectives.
• Provide practical recommendations to maximize value of Neogen solutions.
