Job summary

Foodsmart is seeking a service-oriented Food Operations Analyst to join our remote team in the USA. You will coordinate food delivery for members enrolled in our meal-delivery and support programs, delivering compassionate, high-quality customer service.

With at least 2 years in customer support and strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, you will resolve order issues quickly and accurately, helping members access nutritious foods and ensuring smooth fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in customer support roles.
• Strong computer proficiency including good knowledge of Microsoft/GSuite applications.
• Preferred: ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues in real time.
• Preferred: strong attention to detail, clear communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to our many existing and future members, from initial inquiry to ongoing program questions.
• Utilize existing resources, tools, and team members to quickly address any member order fulfillment issues.
• Ensure member orders are fulfilled accurately and to the highest quality standard.
• Contribute suggestions to continue optimize the member ordering and fulfillment process.
• Ability to support other key needs as defined.
