Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in food science is required.
• 10+ years in food product development and/or technical sales.
• Experience applying flavors and colors in beverages, dairy, bakery, confectionery, or plant-based meats.
• Knowledge of North American food regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow markets for sensory components (flavors, aroma, natural color) and functional ingredients in NA food industry.
• Collaborate with product/category managers to identify and strategize target accounts.
• Visit accounts weekly with sales team and define customer technical needs.
• Engage with producer partners and application teams to accelerate projects.
• Support commercialization and provide trainings to field teams.
