Brenntag North America, Inc. is seeking a Technical Development Manager to grow markets for sensory components and functional ingredients across beverages, dairy, bakery, confectionary, and plant-based foods in North America.

You will partner with producers, sales, and R&D teams to tailor technical solutions, visit accounts weekly, and drive customer projects to commercialization. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in food science.
• 10+ years in food product development or technical sales.
• Experience with flavors and colors in foods.
• Understanding of beverage, dairy, bakery, and prepared foods operations.

Your RoleTechnical Development Manager (TDM) will be primarily responsible for developing and growing the markets for the sensory components, such as sweet and savory flavors, aroma, and natural color, in addition to our full line of functional ingredients in the North American food industry.
