Job summary

Togetherwork is seeking a Salesforce Solution Consultant to lead discovery sessions, design scalable Fonteva/Salesforce solutions, and drive successful customer outcomes remotely within the United States.

You will own the solution from discovery to go-live, partner with Solution Architects, Developers, and Project Managers, and leverage declarative tools to ensure scalable deployments across multiple clouds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Consultant, Business Analyst, or Administrator supporting external customers.
• Experience implementing at least two Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing).
• Expert-level hands-on experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools, including Flows, Security and reports.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions addressing complex business requirements.
• Strong consulting experience leading discovery workshops, solution design, requirements gathering, and customer-facing implementations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, executives, and technical teams.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand objectives and own user stories throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative capabilities to meet customer requirements and stay within scope and budget.
• Own the functional solution from discovery through configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, upgrades, and transition to Customer Success.
• Manage and prioritize the solution backlog, develop acceptance criteria and test scenarios, and lead UAT and solution validation.
• Prepare and maintain solution documentation, including user stories, functional designs, configuration documentation, deployment artifacts, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Deliver customer demonstrations, end-user training, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout implementation and adoption.
