Job summary

You will review records, apply FOIA exemptions, and coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure thorough disclosure while protecting sensitive information.

The role covers eDiscovery support, redaction, and maintaining case documentation, with remote work through approved systems and in-person meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in FOIA case processing.
• Knowledge of FOIA laws and disclosure requirements.
• Familiarity with government FOIA operations and coordination.
• Experience with SharePoint, Box and eDiscovery tools.
• Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet security requirements and residency rules.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze FOIA requests and backlogged cases.
• Apply FOIA exemptions and prepare records for release.
• Coordinate with Government FOIA staff, offices, and requesters.
• Support appeals, litigation matters, and eDiscovery tooling.
• Maintain complete case files and documentation in tracking systems.
• Monitor progress and recommend process improvements to reduce rework.
