Job summary

Instant Teams is seeking detail-oriented Leave and Disability Case Managers to join our remote team. This role focuses on accurate and compliant administration of various clients’ Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) policies, with guidance provided to associates and management to support operations.

A successful candidate will handle a heavy caseload, maintain precise records, and leverage CRM and data tools to ensure compliance and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma and 1-2 years in disability/absence management
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle stressful situations
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships
• Ability to explain status and issues; manage expectations
• Ability to prioritize and escalate customer issues as needed
• Knowledge of FMLA regulations; experience with paid leave is a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer and ensure compliant FMLA policies for multiple clients
• Provide guidance to associates and management on leave processes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits
• Prioritize and manage a heavy caseload with attention to detail
