Job summary

Rhythm Healthcare LLC is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive revenue in the Florida territory, based from West Palm Beach. You will execute daily sales activities, manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships with DME providers.

This role requires 1–3 years in B2B sales, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and willingness to travel up to 50%. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and NetSuite/MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in DME, healthcare, or medical devices.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory revenue goals with a disciplined sales process.
• Make a minimum of five live customer calls per day with insights and value-based points.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for all sales activities and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
