Job summary

Rhythm Healthcare LLC seeks a Business Development Specialist to drive revenue in Florida, based in West Palm Beach. You will engage in daily live calls, build a strong pipeline, and tailor Rhythm product solutions for DME providers.

Travel up to 50% may be required as you expand relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years of B2B sales, a Bachelor's degree (preferred), and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 1-3+ years of B2B sales experience in DME, healthcare, or medical devices.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (NetSuite preferred) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory revenue goals by executing a disciplined sales process.
• Make a minimum of five live customer calls per day with insights and value-based discussion.
• Identify opportunities and recommend Rhythm product solutions to DME providers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for all sales activities and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
