Liberty Dental Plan is seeking an organized Associate Provider Network Manager to strengthen and support our Florida-based provider network. You will recruit general dentists and specialists, review contracts, manage credentialing, and educate providers on policies while coordinating with internal teams.

The role offers remote work with up to 25% travel, requires 2+ years in provider network support, and emphasizes strong relationships and attention to detail in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years supporting provider networks or related healthcare operations.
• Experience with Dental PPO/DHMO networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment of general dentists and specialists.
• Assist with contracting and credentialing packets.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and attestation processes.
• Educate providers on policies and compliance.
• Conduct provider orientations and outreach.
