LIBERTY Dental Plan is seeking a Provider Network Management Coordinator in Florida to support provider recruitment, onboarding, and network operations. This role focuses on coordinating onboarding activities, reviewing contracts and credentialing documents, and assisting with network maintenance while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has a dental background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote-ready environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 2 years in dental office management, managed healthcare, customer service or sales support.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage shared inboxes and respond to provider inquiries from dental offices and internal departments.
• Assist providers with web portal navigation and account support.
• Support onboarding and recruitment activities, including obtaining documentation.
• Review contracts and credentialing documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Extract and prepare provider contract submissions for processing.
• Verify provider information, appointment availability, and roster updates for network maintenance.
• Coordinate and distribute provider communications via email and other channels.
• Route requests to appropriate departments and network managers.
• Collaborate with Network Managers to maintain tracking tools and support projects.
• Prepare meeting agendas and follow up on action items.
• Research issues and assist with system-related projects.
• Support cross-team collaboration on provider-related questions.
