Qualifications

• Remote work permitted with location in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Bill and manage petitions, motions, and written discovery.
• Attend hearings and client meetings as requested.
• Prepare for depositions and assist with mediations and trials.
• Work under partner supervision in defense litigation matters.
