Job summary

Emerging Tech, LLC seeks a Program Manager for Cybersecurity & Compliance in Florida, with remote work allowed. You will own end-to-end delivery of contract deliverables, including kickoff, planning, testing oversight, reporting, quality management, knowledge transfer, and closeout, across up to 30 agencies.

The role requires strong multi-agency coordination, executive communication, and accountability for schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction under a deliverable-based contract with

Qualifications

• 8+ years in complex cybersecurity, IT audit, or compliance programs.
• 3+ years leading multi-agency or enterprise-wide programs.
• Government environment experience at state/local/federal level.
• Experience with firm fixed price or deliverable-based contracts.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client interface for all deliverables and commitments.
• Lead kickoff and maintain the Master Project Plan as the tracking tool.
• Coordinate multi-agency testing schedules and communications.
• Oversee evidence packages, submission tracking, and approvals.
• Maintain risk, issue registers, and escalate variances early.
• Produce regular status reports and executive dashboards.
• Facilitate lessons learned and knowledge transfer to government staff.
• Ensure confidentiality, records retention, and public records compliance.
• Manage change control with written client approvals.
