Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Florida commercial/business litigation experience.
• Active Florida Bar member in good standing.
• Experience handling matters from inception through trial or resolution.
• Proficient in drafting complaints, answers, defenses, motions, and complex pleadings.
• Strong motion practice and legal research skills.
• Experience managing all phases of discovery.
• Ability to work independently and manage active docket.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and case strategy.
• Represent businesses in contract disputes, corporate disputes, and other complex matters.
• Independently manage active litigation caseload while meeting deadlines.
