Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of law firm experience.
• Corporate transactional experience needed.
• SBA loan workout experience a plus.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to independently manage assignments and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Highly reliable and proactive.
• Experience with Clio, OneDrive and Dropbox is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation defense matters.
• Manage collections matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft and review documents for smaller corporate transactions.
• Support matters arising from SBA loan workouts.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Independently manage assigned matters and meet deadlines.
• Provide timely status updates and predictable turnaround to supervising attorney.
