• Willing to provide in-person court appearances in South Florida as needed.
• Experience with virtual and in-person court appearances.

Responsibilities

• Manage Florida family law litigation matters independently.
• Handle divorce, custody, timesharing, and other family law matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Manage financial disclosures, discovery, and case deadlines.
• Conduct legal research and assist with litigation strategy.
• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and other trial materials.
• Assist with settlement negotiations and mediation.
• Attend virtual hearings and occasional in-person court appearances.
• Coordinate assignments and case preparation with the firm's paralegal.
• Communicate regularly with the supervising attorney regarding case developments.
