Job summary

PenBay Technology Group LLC is seeking motivated, computer-savvy individuals to work as Remote Pilot Operators. The role involves simulating pilots and remote ATC facilities during high-fidelity exercises, receiving voice commands from students, and entering data into the automated system with accurate ATC phraseology.

This is not a UAS/UAV position. Two full-time openings exist; a high school diploma, decent keyboard speed, and MS Office familiarity are advantageous in a collaborative team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Typing speed of 40 wpm with 90% accuracy.
• Ability to read diagrams and manuals.
• Clear, understandable spoken communication.
• Desirable familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate CRT/keyboard/VCS to simulate pilots and remote ATC.
• Translate information into ATC terminology and respond to students.
• Input correct entries into the automated system during exercises.
• Maintain professional communication with trainees using proper phraseology.
