Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a comparable position.
• Ability to speak clearly and be understood.
• Ability to complete knowledge and skills tests with at least 70%.

Responsibilities

• Receives voice commands from students.
• Responds to students via the VCS using proper phraseology.
• Inputs entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions.

Skills

Ability to type 40 wpm with 90% accuracy

Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals

Good verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
