Job summary

WindBorne is seeking a part-time Flight Control Operator to join our remote team. You’ll learn to fly our balloons, develop techniques, and adapt as hardware and software evolve. The role emphasizes independent learning and rapid decision-making in a dynamic environment.

As a fully remote, part-time position (~20 hrs/week) with a $24–$28 USD/hr rate, you’ll work with us to schedule hours, including weekend coverage. U.S. citizenship is required for defense-support operations.
