Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; Mechanical or Electrical preferred.
- Power generation/industrial experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience managing capital, reliability, or plant-improvement projects.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Project).
- Experience with performance monitoring systems (EtaPro/OSI PI) is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical resource to plant management and personnel for safe, reliable operation.
- Collaborate on operational, maintenance, and reliability strategies to improve performance.
- Monitor and analyze turbines, boilers, and fleet systems for trends and improvements.
- Evaluate heat rate, efficiency, availability, and capacity data; propose improvements.
- Perform root cause analyses and develop corrective actions.
- Lead capital and plant-improvement projects with defined scopes, schedules, budgets.
